The Guild executive meets monthly, usually one week away from the regular general meeting. Any of the regular membership are welcome to attend if they have important matters to bring up.

The executive meeting location varies from month to month, although it generally begins at 7:00 PM and is hosted by one of the members of the EHG executive committee. If you have any club business to discuss or wish to become more involved with the club administration please attend our next executive meeting.
