Section 1 - Meetings of Members
Members shall meet on the first Monday of each month unless otherwise instructed by the executive.

Section 2 - Meetings of Executive
Members of the executive shall normally meet once each month.

Section 3 - Annual General Meeting
The meeting is held on the first non-holiday Monday in September. Notification of this meeting shall be in writing 10 days in advance. Executive elections will take place and last years financial statement shall be presented for review.

Section 4 - Special Meetings
Periodically the guild may hold special meetings. Notification shall be in writing 10 days in advance. Quorum at special meetings shall consist of two executive and one-third of regular members.

Section 5 - Meeting Procedure
In transacting official business, the rules of Parliamentary Procedure contained in Robert's Rules of Order shall generally govern all meetings of the club.

Section 6 - Minutes
The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes at the executive, special, and annual meetings. Minutes are not normally taken during the regular monthly meetings but if necessary this shall be done by the Secretary.
