Section 1 - Acceptance
These by-laws are accepted at the time of adoption by a majority of registered members.

Section 2 - Procedure for Changes
The by-laws can only be changed by special resolution of the members. "Special resolution" is that defined in Section 1 (d) of the Societies Act.
