Paul & Mike brewed a couple of weeks ago. Our "Old Spice" will need a bit of aging time. I hope the brettanomyces has time to show it's horsey head! ;)
Wow! Paul & I bottled the Rosemary IRNBRW today and it was fabulous! It was on the low end of "Old Ale" style, had a balanced flavour of rosemary and hops, with a malty base. Wow. I hope you've all got your IRNBRWs ready for the ABC!!!
