The Annual General Meeting is held on the first non-holiday Monday in September of each year. Executive officers are elected at this meeting for the following brewing year. All members past, present and future are invited to attend this meeting so they can take place in being a part of forming the executive committee. Annual dues are collected at the AGM for the coming year.
