The January general meeting will be held at Alley Kat Brewery. This month, in conjunction with the meeting, we are having a club only competition for "pale" beers. Read about the competition in the newsletter. Try out our NEW online pre-registration for this competition to help us out - we need to make sure that it will work properly for the ABC in June.
This competition is an official BJCP sanctioned event, fees are $2/entry.

This competition is an official BJCP sanctioned event, fees are $2/entry. You will need to bring at least 2 bottles per entry. If you are entering beer(s) in this competition please arrive by 7:00pm.

The February general meeting will be held at Alley Kat Brewery. We will be discussing yeast management. If you have any experience managing yeasts please feel free to share with the group.
There will also be a group shipment packaged before the meeting. This shipment will be for the upcoming Yeast Wreanglers competition in Calgary. Be sure to arrive early - 6:30 - and bring extra packing supplies with your entries (tape, bubble wrap, plastic bags, boxes, etc.). The guild will be covering shipping costs for all entries sent in this shipment.
