DO NOT BRING YEAST TO THE BREWERY
Bent Stick Brewing has generously offered to produce wort from one of their recipes. This year will be based of their Kolsch recipe using Hogarth modified Pilsner malt which can be almost endlessly modified at home.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Reserve your carboy(s) through PayPal
- Carboy fills will start around 2:00 pm (updates will be posted on Discord)
- Members pay $35, non-members pay $45
HOW THE DAY WILL LOOK
- Mash-in will start around around 8:30.
- You must wear pants and closed-toed shoes
- Hang out with experienced and professional brewers
