DO NOT BRING YEAST TO THE BREWERY
Once again, Alley Kat Brewery has generously allowed us the use of their equipment to produce wort from one of our recipes. This year will be a Witbier which can be almost endlessly modified at home.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Reserve your carboy(s) through PayPal
- Show up anytime after 10am to get your carboy in line. Filling starts around 12:30
- Members pay $35, non-members pay $45
- Though we usually sell out, sometimes we have no-shows. If that happens, there is a wait list at the door.
HOW THE DAY WILL LOOK
- Mash-in will start around 8
- You must wear pants and closed-toed shoes
- Hang out with experienced and professional brewers
